Didn’t we have a great retreat/staycation/work weekend? We’ve been introduced to completely different genres, stepped out of our comfort zones, did some stripping (the song that is 😊), sang the hug, led our breath through various spaces, had lots of fun, and lovely food and drink at a beautiful location. Thanks a million Norman Ebicilio, Nicky Salt, Anita van Geest and all the lovely ladies for turning this into a brilliant weekend😘
